Return Policy
Returns are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects.
To claim a return:
- You must share a clear unboxing/opening video showing the defect.
- Video must show package from unopened state to product inspection.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
Product is worn, washed, altered, or used
Tags or original packaging are missing
Video proof is not provided
Once approved, return pickup will be arranged if applicable.
