Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy except in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivery
  • Defective or damaged product at the time of delivery

Refunds are only processed after:

  • Product inspection
  • Submission of unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue

No refund will be issued if:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Tags are removed
  • Complaint is raised without video proof

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
