Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy except in cases of:
- Wrong product delivery
- Defective or damaged product at the time of delivery
Refunds are only processed after:
- Product inspection
- Submission of unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue
No refund will be issued if:
- Product has been used, washed, or altered
- Tags are removed
- Complaint is raised without video proof
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
